Calling all clean and safe baby and beauty brands: the Beauty Shortlist Mama and Baby Awards are back and blooming for 2021!
Spring is here and the Beauty Shortlist Mama & Baby Awards are back with a fresh panel of toddlers ready to get testing bubble bath, botty balm, organic baby food entries and more.
These 100% independent awards showcase the highest-ranked natural baby, beauty, health and eco home products that nurture and nourish families from top to toe.
Katie Hill, co-founder of My Green Pod, is once again on the judging panel, and will be testing the products with her five-year-old daughter and nine-month-old son.
Other judges this year include Liz McCarthy, natural beauty and wellness industry insider; Liz Marlow, green beauty and wellbeing expert; Katie Portman, fashion stylist; Sadie Mantovani Chase-Gardener, sustainable fashion communications consultant; Shahrzad, Sydney-based clean beauty blogger, founder of The Spot Beauty andDenise del Russo, NY-based makeup artist and wellness coach.
‘Our mission is to confidently guide parents to the gentlest most effective baby and beauty products, free from greenwashing or questionable ingredients, which we can recommend hand-on-heart after thorough testing.’

This year the awards have a fresh panel of demanding toddler testers, including three newcomers under the age of one.
The popular ‘teddy’ winner logo has returned, signalling quality and trust online and on-shelf.
Self-care, wellness supplements and plant-powered hair products are taking centre stage alongside natural cosmetics and skincare.
Previous winners include Neal’s Yard Remedies, Burt’s Bees, Weleda, Kit n Kin eco nappies, Little Freddie baby foods, Lizzie Loves wellness drinks, Hip Peas healthy snacks, Mogli, Organii sun protection for kids, BetterYou health, Philips, Huggies and the Konjac Sponge Company.
The awards are open to UK and international brands – global and local, large and small.
Entries must be in by 30 April, samples in by 04 May. Winners will be announced 11 June 2021.
