More support for those trying plant-based this January is offered by some of Britain’s top chefs and social media influencers.

TV chefs Ainsley Harriott and Kwoklyn Wan; Michelin-starred chef Alexis Gauthier; cookbook author and social media sensation Giuseppe Federici and Great British Bake Off’s first vegan contestant and cookbook author Freya Cox have all shared exclusive tips for vegan swaps to help turn any recipe into a plant-based masterpiece.

Giuseppe Federici is a Veganuary 2025 campaign ambassador. His viral cooking videos, often with his Italian Nonna, have introduced a huge new audience to plant-based meals.

‘Veganuary is the perfect time to step into the kitchen and discover just how exciting plant-based eating can be. Give it a try this January – you might just love it!’
