UPDATE: THIS EVENT HAS BEEN CANCELLED
This year you can get that festival vibe from the comfort of your own home or garden.
The organisers behind Tentival (Saturday 12 June, 12.00-22.00) are urging everyone to get outside and join a virtual day of festival entertainment, participation and live music.
Invite some friends and family over (within government guidelines), fire up a barbeque and tune into a day filled with music, fun, competitions and more – there’s even a prize for the best costume.
The kids will be entertained while you enjoy music and entertainment, live-streamed into your back garden or home.
Tentshare and Launch Interactive are committed to producing a carbon-neutral festival. The data centre uses 100% sustainable energy, and the heat produced is captured and used to heat a local school.
Tentshare has also teamed up with TreeSisters, so for every ticket sold (per household) a tree will be planted.
Tentshare will be urging everyone to spend time in nature, and perhaps begin to be more thoughtful about our day-to-day habits in relation to the impact we have on our planet.
The day will be a joyous celebration with all the festival feels – but without the packing, trudging across fields and portaloos!
Pitch a tent in your garden or make a camp in your home, then join Tentival online to
experience an eclectic mix of talent.
There will be live performances, DJs, groove dance, wellbeing sessions, intriguing workshops, discussions, competitions, fun and lots of laughter throughout the day.
This is a family-friendly event; you’ll be able to open your kids’ minds to worldwide possibilities and experiences, without having to leave the comfort of your home!
Anyone with a device and an internet connection can take part. After registering you will be sent a clickable link that will take you to the festival area.

Quick to light, fast to boil and easy to use. Unlike solar powered devices, it harnesses power in cloudy, wooded or night-time conditions.
It’s all systems go for Valley Fest 2021 – the South West’s best-tasting music festival.
