Product description

The Black Cow Vodka Negroni combines English Pure Milk Vodka, Italian Campari, Spanish Vermouth and a secret blend of natural bitters.

Black Cow is an innovative vodka made in West Dorset from the milk of grass-grazed cows. This unique process gives the vodka an exceptionally smooth and creamy character. Using whey from the dairy farm reduces waste and creates ‘the world’s smoothest vodka’.

Dairy farmer Jason Barber and artist Paul Archard recognised the potential of whey back in 2011. By combining the ancient Mongolian tradition of making alcohol from fermented milk with the Northern European tradition of making high-proof, clear, clean vodka, they were able to develop an innovative, unique and superior tasting vodka, made entirely from the milk of cows.

The ‘ready-to-serve’ Black Cow Vodka Negroni combines the English Pure Milk Vodka, Italian Campari, Spanish Vermouth and a secret blend of natural bitters. It’s these bitters that give the cocktail complexity and a distinct citrusy zing. A Negroni is not just for summer; the citrus, bitter and warming red blush satisfies all year around.

  • Taste – smooth clean finish with a citrusy zing
  • Unique vodka-making process gives the perfect canvas for a Negroni
  • Uses whey to reduce waste
