A traditional flavour combination of apples, beetroot and a little ginger to add some background warmth. This mild chutney is perfect served with soft brie-style or crumbly Wensleydale-type cheeses. The hand-chopped beetroot adds a crunchy texture to this sweet, fruity chutney.
