Humanity is experiencing its greatest crisis in decades.
In bid to find some hope and positivity, incredible people from all around the world – including adventurers, athletes, environmentalists, activists, entrepreneurs and creatives – are coming together for a three-day digital festival to start conversations, share personal insight and help create a better world.
Over 35 people will be sharing wisdom, strategies and ideas for how we can emerge from lockdown more connected and more resilient.
Speakers include My Green Pod co-founder Jarvis Smith; Dougie Poynter, former McFly member-turned-environmental activist; Natalie Isaacs, founder of 1 Million Women; Danny Penman, author and mindfulness expert; mountaineer Kenton Cool; Capt Paul Watson, founder of Sea Shepherd; one of the world’s most well-known environmentalists – Bill McKibben – and many more.
SHINEfest is a coming together of humanity, a chance to reset our lives and to reimagine the most incredible future for all.
The sole aim is to spark a life-changing journey for millions of global citizens.
SHINEfest will take place 20/22 May 2020 here, with video recordings published over three days. The content will remain live on the platform for the foreseeable future.
‘We’ve all been thrown into turmoil recently, but a crisis sometimes brings with it a huge opportunity to rethink what our future looks like – individually and collectively. And we believe there has never been a greater need for inspiration, hope and a plan. That’s what we hope to offer through the conversations at SHINEfest.’
