Join a beautiful gathering of people of all ages and abilities who love yoga, camping, good fun and great food. It’s a relaxing, educational and fun weekend at the wonderful Wowo campsite in Sussex.
Yoga-Camp, which takes place 19-20 May, is a fantastic opportunity to get away with your family and friends for a healthy and restful weekend break, with assistance of handpicked yoga teachers and massage therapists.
There are loads of activities to choose from; the camp accommodates all levels and you can dip in and out depending on how active you want to be.
There are parent and baby classes, family yoga sessions (two- to seven-year-olds) and FunkyYoga (seven- to eleven-year-olds).
Children’s activities are fun and diverse: there’s badminton, football, the climbing, muddy river wading, fire-making and a craft tent for clay play and Nature-based collages, where kids can make stuff out of recycled and natural materials. Kids can play, make and learn something new under the theme of ‘Wild Wellbeing’ and Forest School.
The magical location has heaps of woodland to explore and there’s also a chance to learn new circus skill and acrobatics.
Yoga-Camp is small enough to be intimate and large enough to meet new, lifelong friends for kids and adults.
Tickets also include delicious, healthy vegetarian meals on Friday evening, Saturday lunch and evening and Sunday lunch – all freshly prepared in the camp kitchen. The meals served to you over the weekend will be fresh, organic where possible, balanced, with vegan options and designed to give you energy, nutrition, delight and satisfaction.
Bring a plate, bowl, cup, knife, fork and spoon for each person and sit down with other guests to enjoy the feast together!
Yoga-Camp takes place at Wowo Campsite, Wapsbourne, Uckfield, East Sussex on 18-20 May 2018.
Tickets are flexible so decide how much time you want to spend at the camp and book here. You can stop by for the day or opt to camp for the full weekend, and support partner tickets are also available.
