Jayn Sterland, managing director of health and beauty pioneer Weleda UK, has been voted one of 100 inspirational female leaders in the international CEO Today Annual Business Women of the Year Awards from CEO Today magazine.
The highly anticipated awards aim to recognise and celebrate the accomplishments of women leaders who have significantly impacted the business world over the past year.
Diversity and inclusion are increasingly critical to business success, which is why CEO Today seeks to shine a light on the female leaders shaping industries and breaking down barriers.
The awards highlight the accomplishments of women who have demonstrated extraordinary leadership, innovation and resilience in their respective fields.

Out of the 100 awards, 32 business leaders (including Jayn) are featured in the magazine.
On hearing the news, Jayn commented: ‘I feel incredibly humbled to win this award, in such a competitive and talented field. Working closely alongside me is a team of incredible capability who inspire me daily, as well as our long history of women leaders at Weleda which began with our pioneering founder Dr Ita Wegman a century ago.’
