Offering an easy and fun way to garden, this beautifully presented DIY Seed Bomb Kit produces enough Seed Bombs to create a haven full of organic wildflowers, supporting our vital pollinators.

Children will mix the ingredients following simple step-by-step instructions, making approximately 20 organic wildflower seed bombs to throw outside or place in plant pots.

The seed bomb technique comes from an ancient Japanese practice called Tsuchi Dango, meaning ‘Earth Dumpling’. This sustainable, natural way of gardening eliminates the need for chemicals and requires little to no weeding.

The seeds are contained in a protective layer of clay and nutritional compost, giving them a much greater chance of surviving and flourishing. The clay protects the seeds from harsh weather conditions and hungry insects and birds, while the soil provides organic matter and nutrients, allowing the seed bombs to grow almost anywhere.
